[vlc-devel] wxWindows config

I was trying to figure out why my wxWindows plugin wasn't linking the right
library.  I ran across the line in the configure script that sets the
CXXFLAGS_wxwindows variable for the makefile.  I'm wondering why it's set to
wx-config --cflags, and not wx-config --cxxflags.  Does/should it matter?
