I made the spec file more modular in order to ease RPM building on old
systems or RedHat ones where some libs are not available (eg. a52,
svgalib, lirc..) by adding lots (too much ?:) condif and define.
If someone could adjust the define in the %if %redhat80 cond to make it
working out of box in Redhat 8.0, that would be nice.
By the way, you can also override the define when building the rpm:
  rpm -ba vlc.spec --with gtk --with dvdplay --without lirc ...
mozilla plugin still need some tuning to make it working.
