This is *much* better. I partly fixed the PTS handling, too. PTS are 
still slightly off, but strangely enough the PTS scheme of the mad 
plug-in keeps giving me headaches. I will have to rework the decoder 
fifo to get more accuracy.

Probably unrelated, I still get some scratches here and there. Any idea ?
