input code freeze - please

Hello,

It would make my life easier if no one made any change (except bug 
fixes) to src/input, plugins/mpeg_system, plugins/dvd* and 
plugins/vcd. I'm in the middle of a major rewrite and I'd like to 
avoid conflicts. Thanks.
