  * ./plugins/x11/xcommon.c: to enter fullscreen mode, we create a new window
    instead of moving the current window, which saves us the hassle of
    remembering size and position.
  * ./plugins/x11/x11.c, ./plugins/x11/xvideo.c: added --no-x11-shm and
    --no-xvideo-shm options.
