A few extra words on this : this doesn't indicate "who wrote that", 
nor "who's the only one who's allowed to commit about that". I just 
thought beginner developers may have some specific questions which 
they prefer to discuss with a person in particular, but they do not 
know who has knowledge in their area. So they could use this file as 
a guide.

I may have made mistakes in attributing modules, if you'd like to be 
maintainer for something, or just don't want something I have put up 
on you, please don't hesitate to modify the file.
