When setting by hand the DVDCSS_METHOD to "title" it works perfectly
well with the DVD.

P.S. : in order to set the DVDCSS method under windows :
1. open a command terminal
2. go to the directory of vlc.exe
3. type "set DVDCSS_METHOD=title"
4. type "vlc"
