VLC code-name

We've been using the "Ourumov" code-name for some time now, and I 
think for 0.5.0 we should switch to another code-name.

For historical reasons, VLC code-names are names of characters from 
the _Goldeneye_ movie. We're running out of names, so I propose we 
move to names of characters of other recent James Bond movies, for 
instance _Tomorrow never dies_ or _The World is not Enough_.

Suggestions ?
