Log Message:
  * ./plugins/dvdread/dvdread.c: disabled the dvdread plugin because it
    currently sucks.
  * ./src/misc/configuration.c, ./src/interface/main.c: we now accept --nofoo
    and --no-foo as negations for --foo. Also, the --help output is nicer.
