URL cracker anybody?

Hi,

Would anybody be interested in working on a URL cracker for VLC ?

Right now, each input plugin implements its own URL parser. It would be n=
ice=20
if someone could analyse the needs of each input plugin and come up with =
a=20
unified "URL style".
A simple parser (URL cracker) could then be made, that would fill-up a st=
ruct=20
with the different parts of the URL.
