I'm a hopeless polio.

Added satellite input. It works with WinTV Nova card, and siemens 0.9.4
drivers from www.linuxtv.org.

Command line syntax : (interface is coming)

vlc satellite:frequency(kHz),polarisation(1 for H,0 for V),symbol_rate

For example, vlc satellite:12553,1,27500. You then have to choose your
program from the interface. 

It's not very stable yet.
