Preparing 0.3

   Since Christophe's last "New release" mail, only Xavier and Gildas
seemed to have important things to commit, and it looks like most of
what they were talking about got done.

   We now plan to release a 0.3-pre1 version this week, intended at
large-scale testing, which will be probably followed by as few 0.3-preX
versions as possible, and lead to a 0.3 release.

   So, what still remains to be urgently fixed ?
