Icons for win32 port

Some people complain that the yellow icons which are used at this time
for the toolbar buttons of the win32 interface are too big, and "too
yellow"...

I'm very bad at drawing icons myself, but if someone in the list is able
to draw them (or to adapt them from the gnome interface, for example),
it would be great.

Specs:
 * format: .ico or .bmp
 * size: 32x32 would be perfect, but it's not mandatory...
