Log Message:
    * plugins/mpeg_system/mpeg_audio.c : to avoid problem with PS, test 
only the first 4 bytes for mpeg header so some broken files, and all 
web radio will not work. You can change this by changing value 
of MPEGAUDIO_MAXTESTPOS.
