Compile on beos

Download mad and libdvdcss sources (from sourceforge.net and
videolan.org), compile it; now you should be able to configure
vlc using --with-dvdcss-tree=<libdvdcss_path> --enable-mad
--with-mad-tree=<mad_path> and build it sucessfully.
