VLC for X & nVidia

Welcome to the problems with nVidia. The BeOS and windows platforms
have had do do "special" things. When an overlay image is created in
the cards memory the "width" of the memory area is not always the size
you asked for. You then need to set the i_pitch to the width in
memory, then most of the Chroma and picture rutines will work.
