[vlc-devel] Re: Get libdvdcss library on windows 2000?

 Hello:
  I try to do according INSTSLL, But when I run ./configure, the system report that it is not a system command, I have add "c:\mysys\1.0\bin" and "c:\mysys\mingw\bin" into system path, Please tell me how to do?
