[vlc-devel] share/vlc_win32_rc.rc question

I'm compiling with the cygwin/Mingw tools directly in Win2k.  When make hits
this file (vlc_win32_rc.rc) windres says it can't find the file
"vlc48x48.ico".

Is make supposed to be running windres from the share/ directory, or is the
proper line for the .rc file?
VLC_ICON ICON "share/vlc48x48.ico"

Making the change seems to work, but is it correct?  If I've buffooned
something at my end to cause this let me know, I'm new to these dev tools.
I'm used to MSVC.
