  * ./modules/video_output/wingdi.c: ported the wingdi plugin to Win32; it
    somewhat works under Wine (if you force internal buffers to 8bpp), but
    doesn't work under Win2k. Any hints welcome.
  * ./configure.ac.in: activated the wingdi plugin by default.
