[vlc-devel] BUG udp access under Windows

With vlc-0.3.1 under windows 2000 receiving a MPEG2-TS stream with the 
udp plugin works a video output window gets spawned. However the same 
stream does not get displayed with vlc-0.4.4 using udp.

What changed between version vlc-0.3.1 and vlc-0.4.4 in the udp access 
plugin? For us this is a big problem.

If I look at the output then there seems to be nothing wrong.
