[vlc-devel] Pre 0.4.5 Windows binary

On the demand of Meuuh, I created a new Windows binary of the current
stable CVS branch. You can get it on :

ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/testing/vlc-win32-pre0.4.5-20021003.exe

I tested the network input on my Win XP and everything was OK.

Please, report any bug...
