Hmmm..... That might explain it since I've only been trying to build the
plug-in and not the entire program.  I'll try that now.

The built hasn't been tested with BCB6, but I suppose it works.

You first need to get the whole vlc tree and to compile it, because some
files (such as defs.h) are generated and BCB needs them.

I advise you to read the file 'INSTALL.win32' (in the source files),
which describes more precisely how to build vlc for windows. It's not
easy, so don't hesitate to ask for help if you have problems.
