Wouldn't it be easy then to tell the configure script to --disable-ipv4
or something? I tried disabling ipv4 and 6, but got the same error.
What else do I need to disable? And wouldn't it be easier if the
configure script didn't enable networking stuff if the headers don't
exist?
I'm not sure what version of the 0_4_1 branch I checked out. I think it
was whatever you instructed on that page you made.
