Missing files ?

Hi,

I've just tried to checkout libdvdcss, libdvbpsi and vlc from the CVS
server.
libdvbpsi works fine but the others don't seem to have a configure or
Makefile.in in their root dirs.
Is this correct or a mistake that needs fixing? How are you supposed to
build the packages without configure ?
