[vlc-devel] Mozilla Plugin

Is there a variable that can be put in at compile-time to change the directory where the mozilla-devel files are?  In Red Hat, they're in /usr/lib/mozilla-1.2.1 and the compiler is looking for them (unsuccessfully I might add) in /usr/lib/mozilla.
