[vlc-devel] Is it vcd:// or vcd:, (dvd:// or dvd:)?

Noticed that gvlc 0.6.1 sets the MRL for a vcd to
vcd:///dev/cdrom... while wxvlc set the MRL for a vcd to
vcd:/dev/cdrom... Correspondingly there are two additional //'s in
gvlc than for wxvlc for disc buttons. Which is it?
