[vlc-devel] CVS is FROZEN in preparation for 0.7.0

Hi fellow developers,

Just a quick mail to ask you not to commit anything else than bug fixes to 
the CVS.

We'll be releasing 0.7.0 in a few days now so we must ensure we don't break 
anything in the mean time.
