[vlc-devel] Please correct and complete the NEWS file !

I have just checked in the NEWS file which summarizes all the changes 
we did between 0.4.6 and 0.5.0. This is what I remember, but for some 
areas (especially ports) I don't really know what happened.

So I need people to proofread the file and add missing entries. 
Quickly, please.
