[vlc-devel] Contributed libraries for 0.5.0

I have frozen the libraries we will use for VLC 0.5.0. For the moment 
they are available here, and you should try to build your binary 
packages with them :
http://www.videolan.org/pub/videolan/testing/contrib-0.5.0

ffmpeg and faad2 contain minor patches. In addition, we will use 
libdvdcss 1.2.5, libdvbpsi 0.1.2 and libdvdplay 0.1.0.
