[vlc-devel] bad duration time with a malformed ogg file

http://yves.zarb.org/bond.ogg [2,6M] is only 20 secondes, but vlc extends
it to 2 minutes 48 :) imagine with the entire film.
File made with transcode 0.6.3-0.20021219 and Video-DVDRip 0.49.4
FYI mplayer gives the right duration.
