[vlc-devel] my changes to OSX interface

I have incorporated a play/pause toggle button. (Which reacts on the  
'space' key as well)
I removed the pause button (though some references to it still exist in  
the source)
I changed some of the key combo's (i.e. made louder into plain arrow  
up, which makes it consistent with QT and the other vlc interfaces.)

I rearranged the Control menu and split it up in a Controls and a Movie  
menu.
(I just remember I probably forgot to rename View into Movie)

I made a few changes to the Window menu. It might be that 'Controller'  
title isn't localized at the moment, i didn't know how that works.
I added the .bin file type to vlc's known filetypes (vlc now allows  
drag and drop of these files)
There is a sort of a validation scheme for some of the controls now.  
(no use for an active stop button if there is no video running ;-)
