[vlc-devel] Remember something called "Fair Use" ?

Hello,
I used to use Fair Use on Mac OS 9.xx to:
1- Image DVD's into either one large file, or various multi segmented files.
I then could install the extension on an other Mac, and stream the DVD over
the network. The cool part of this was that it used the Apple DVD Player, so
menus and all other features were available from the streamed media...
Is there any way to get something similar with you guys???

Could Fair Use be ported to Mac OS X?
