  * bootstrap:
    + Removed a useless use of cut.
    + Do not fail in the "clean" rule if no targets were built.
  * Makefile.am:
    + Propagate $(srcdir) to toolbox.
  * toolbox:
    + Do not include .moc files in POTFILES.in.
    + Fixed the generation of MSVC project files (untested).
