[vlc-devel] German FAQ

Hello,
I have (inspired by the spanish translation) translated the 
VideoLAN-FAQ to german. You find the translation at 
<http://www.geocities.com/fkdesign0001/vlc/videolan-faq-de.html>.

It would be nice, if you could add it to the website.
You don't have to change anything to put it on the web. The 
anchor-links are already corrected.
