[vlc-devel] VLC video buffering, code / config?

Hello, all ...

In order to reduce latency as far as possible, I want to make VLC's 
video buffering as small as possible.  I've seen a lot of the demuxing 
and decoding code, but I was wondering if there is a single place that 
I can specify, say, how many seconds to buffer?
