So with this commit I again broke the Deinterlace menu ;)
We need to fix this permanently, since it's much better off  
autogenerated and working on the fly. (although if it's still not by  
release time i can eject the old code back in quite easily.

I'll describe the problem.
When you go from disabled -> enabled, it works fine. Reverse just the  
same.
Only when you change from one deinterlace filter to another, things go  
wrong.
You enter a deadlock situation, where the vout is waiting on the intf  
before it destroys, and vica versa (if i remember correctly).

jlj: do you still know what was the case with this problem? I have a  
note here that it was something about vout.m:433, but i'm not exactly  
sure which version that was.

It's also important to fix this in light of future subtitle support  
that might be using filters.

This is another thing that really needs fixing. It makes the filters  
pretty useless in my eyes at the moment, since i encounter this as soon  
as i switch to fullscreen. i have no idea where to fix this, does  
anyone have an idea?
