 * mkv.cpp : begin of a matroska demuxer
  TODO:
    * seek support
    * vorbis support (it's a decoder problem, as matroska embded raw
      vorbis data)
    * utf8 subtitles handling (probably at the decoder stage too)
    * clean up.
    * support of stream other than files.
    * ...
