* modules/gui/macosx/vout.m:
  Now a complete redesign of the hiding of the mousecursor.
  - We use higher level functions now (NSCursor).
  - We only hide if the cursor is over our VLCView
  - In many exceptions we unhide. This is mainly for multimonitor support.
