  - added a macosx-float config option
  - changed 'opaqueness' into 'macosx-opaqueness'
* modules/gui/macosx/vout.?
  - let vout respect 'float' on top option.
  - added a toggle function to toggle float on top.

  - menuitem and corresponding code for float on top.
