I assume the receiving client is powerfull enough to decode and render 
the file when playing locally.

If there is garbage reported one of three things could be the problem in 
a streaming environment:
1) The file is garbage (garbage in .. garbage out)
2) TS packet CRC32 checksum is wrong (checked by libdvbpsi), or
3) UDP packets are dropped on the network.
