[vlc-devel] Compile error: Missing file in po directory

Hi!

I am trying to compile vlc version 0.6.2 following
http://developers.videolan.org/vlc/vlc/INSTALL.win32 on WinXP. I use cygwin and
get an error when running make. The error is about a missing file t-ja.gmo in
the po directory. The complete error is below. Where do I get the file or how
do I work around the error?
