* include/vlc_keys.h: added StringToKey()
* src/libvlc.h: added macosx defaults and changed the quit shortcut to ctrl-q
* modeules/gui/macosx/controls.m: now jump 10 seconds. works better than 5
* REST: implemented configurable hotkeys for OS X.
