[vlc-devel] Help needed on the Windows Installer

Hi everybody,

It would be really nice if the Windows installer for VLC could show a page 
that allows the user to select extensions that should be associated by 
default with VLC.

I do have a list of all the registry settings we need to modify to register 
extensions but the scripting for the installer part doesn't really seem 
straight forward.

If anybody here knows about NSIS installer scripts (http://
nsis.sourceforge.net) and would like to give it a shot, please say so. I'll 
provide all the help I can give.
