Mr. Szeleney from SkyOS has written me to inform me that the source code 
for VLC/SkyOS, complete with their modifications, is available for mail 
order from their company. This would make them compliant with GPL. 
There's no clause in the GPL that says that the internet HAS to be the 
medium for downloading the source code.
