[vlc-devel] Set FPS in VLC

People, anyone know if is possible set how many Frames per Second where
start vlc for streaming from one V4l ?

In ffmpeg i do this : ffmpeg -r 15 test.mpg  for generate one video in
15fps, em ffserver too have one option for FPS.

And in vlc or vls is possible or exist one version in developer for this
feature ??
