[vlc-devel] Framerate in VLC!

People, is need many hour work for implement one feature for set frameratein VLC for get from v4l as ffmpeg ??

This is very important becouse for example if CPU is 300mhz set in 10fps is possbile stream MPEG-4 TS 640x480, without set framerate this not is possible...
