  * configure.ac:
    + Detect <mozilla-config.h> on newer Mozilla versions.
  * mozilla/vlcpeer.cpp:
    + If neither NP_UNIX, NP_MACOSX nor NP_WIN are defined, default to NP_UNIX.
    + Use <mozilla-config.h> whenever possible.
