You actually also forgot to commit the stream.xpm toolbar graphic but anyway 
I removed this toolbar entry as it clutters the interface way too much to 
my taste. Let's not forget that 90% of our users don't use the streaming 
feature at all so having the "Streaming wizard" entry in the menu is more 
than enough.
