Make   install   is  a   little   bit   buggy   with  ffmpeg,   ans   so
doesn't   install   all   the   required   headers.   You   can   either
copy   them   by   hand,   or   compile   ffmpeg   statically   in   vlc
(--with-ffmpeg-tree=/path/to/ffmpeg/development/tree).

Don't forget to compile ffmpeg with --enable-pp.
