  * all: support of shuffle from the skins2 interface:
    - created a bool variable "playlist.isRandom" and 2 commands
    "playlist.setRandom(true)" and "playlist.setRandom(false)"
    - known bug: the playlist doesn't scroll automatically when the
    stream changes
